Help is on the way.

Angela is committed to getting to you as soon as possible, so that breastfeeding complications can be assessed sooner rather than later, and to give you the relief you so deserve. Angela offers consultations during off hours and weekends and holidays. She is known for her long home visits that exceed each client's expectations. The services work as follows:

* By email you will receive a questionnaire so Angela can get familiar with your particular needs and start to design a program of support just for you.

* After reviewing your concerns and needs, Angela will call to clarify some points and give you tips that might offer immediate relief.

* During the home visit, she will observe at least one full feeding  to make sure baby is transferring the milk well and swallowing it, check positions, latch, offer baby tips, help with new routine arrangements, check mother's self care routine, and explore other potential sources of the present breastfeeding difficulty. This visit lasts from 2 to 2.5 hours in the comfort of your home.

* Angela will check with you 24 hours and 72 hours after the home visit, and one last time 1 week later, by texting. During this first week, you can text Angela to clarify issues that have been discussed during the home visit.

Texting is the faster way to reach Angela. She will gladly respond with warmth that will quiet your heart and lead you to the first steps of confidence you will need to reach your goal.

Prevention is better than remediation -- for pregnant women

Angela is very confident to state, after supporting nearly a thousand new moms, that at least 70% of early breastfeeding difficulties could be prevented with prenatal information. Parents are often unprepared to deal with the reality of early postpartum needs -- of both parents and babies. Parents are also being overloaded with techniques and methodologies that leave aside what will really make breastfeeding work -- conexão with their babies.

The Prenatal Breastfeeding Talk with Angela is designed to change this. Beyond techniques and methodologies, the PBT will give you the readiness necessary to succeed in breastfeeding your baby. Taking into consideration your individual needs, Angela will explore with you all the avenues you can take to achieve your goal.
