Angela's class is a unique combination of accurate information about pregnancy, birth and motherhood; breathing and relaxation techniques; yoga poses specially adapted for pregnancy; and guided meditation. After each class, you will feel relaxed, connected on a deeper level with your baby, physically stronger, and inspired by Angela’s insights. Yoga classes are well known for relieving pregnancy discomfort and prepare women for the physical and emotional challenges of birth and early motherhood.
